Guilty??

So maybe you're one of these people....have you walked up to an elevator that already had the button pushed that you needed (going up or down), but you had to push the button again because you thought it would help the elevator come faster? I see this ALL the time! People will hurry up to the elevator button and push it several times in a row....as if pushing it 3 times vs. 1 will make a difference. I also see this with crosswalks....people (who actually wait for a crosswalk signal) will push the button over and over again! Come on people, it doesn't help! Or does it? Maybe they know something I don't know! Maybe I should be pushing the buttons more when I'm in a hurry! Oh, and it cracks me up when people (my husband mostly!) click the mouse of the computer over and over again when the computer doesn't move fast enough to the next link! Guilty?? I am, but I've realized that doing this only makes my computer freeze up and I end up having to "control, alt, delete" and start over! UGH! I just thought this was funny as I came into work today watching people push buttons again and again! Happy Friday!
