I picked Graham up yesterday and the first thing he said to me was "I no bite Jackson today, Mommy....you happy??" I guess my lecturing the day before worked!! That or Jackson wasn't at school!

Don't jinx yourself:-)
"Mommy doesn't like when Graham and doggie bite. " Can't say those words have ever come out of my mouth...funny. Maybe he learned his lesson. He was a bad example on doggie.
Addressing a problem early and in perspective to the offense has always seemed to me to be a good plan. Don't be shocked by what Graham or any child will do or say. They are incredible mimics. Just encourage the good and discourage the bad in proportion. Annie (my Lab) nips at me all the time and I have to discourage her bad example too.
Alexis, you have done and are doing a great job with Graham, he is a delight to be around and that isn't just because he is my grandson.
Papa
I know you were upset, but Graham sounds so sweet that I couldn't help but smile at this story. I love your "Graham quotes." Knowing you, you are handling things perfectly and being an excellent mother!
